Also win tonight and we create a small gap. This puts pressure on all the teams below us just as much as us.

It would be most helpful, because we don't then play until Monday. If we don't win tonight, we could be 4 points adrift before the Hull game, which is then more added pressure.

Ultimately if we win all of our remaining games is irrelevant on other results, however in honesty winning 3/4 more probably sees us there

One thing to remember is that even though whoever finishes 3rd will be overwhelming favourites with a parachute payment squad there will be soooo much pressure on them to win and they could choke

We just need to be there and give ourselves a chance.

Playing the last game of the last 2 sets of fixtures could be a massive advantage , just hope the 3 around us drop points this weekend

Millwall/Boro draw?
WBA/Watford draw?
And hopefully QPR find it in themselves to beat Bristol C.

Be great if they were all draws.

If Bristol and Boro somehow managed to lose, then even a just point for us at Hull, would be a very positive outcome.

Given the goal difference situation I’d prefer if Millwall beat Boro, likewise if Watford beat West Brom.

Yes that was my thinking, a Millwall win keeps us a minimum of 2 points ahead of both no matter what our result against Hull, a considerable advantage with 4 games to go.

Will this be significant? He has been a pain in the arse against us at times when we have played them hasn't he.

Only got 5 goals this season though, so not sure how significant a blow it is for them.

Think he’s missed the highest amount of big chances in the league this season. Dont think it’ll be a huge difference for us tbh

I mean if hes played a lot of their games it will make a huge differnce. He's a big physical presence who our defence has previous struggling with.

Looking at Cardiff's fixtures, I reckon they could be down by the time they play us.

I bet there's a couple of wins in there, at least.

Just the way football can go at this stage of the season, with teams at the bottom really fighting for points and haven't Sheff Utd just lost their last two games?

Yeah, I think Leeds might still have a bit of a slip up in them and will be in the four play off teams

Doesn't really impact us too much. Anything less than a Norwich win does eliminate them for sure. But they are pretty much out already

Both West Brom (Diakite and Bany) and Plymouth (Sorrinola and Katic) have lost key players to injury, who are likely to be unavailable to face us. Molumby also lost his appeal for his red card (glad the dirty git is out against us)

It all evens out really at this stage of the season, pretty much every club will be down a couple of key players at least.

Usually I’d have watched it, regardless of any influence. It’s just the teams specifically that ain’t turning me on.

He destroyed us in that first half at Wembley and scored at our place. He's not been scoring but he's still a big presence.

This.

Even in his poorer seasons he seems to score against us and single handedly bully our defence, glad he's not playing tbh.
