He's a good lad, improved a lot last season, and is part of a great team spirit. Wages won't be daft and there are a lot more important areas to be addressed. If we are getting Collins too, then Ben as number 1 or 2 is fine by me. Plus he's the top sh*thouser keeper in the league (as well as the golden gloves)Because I don’t rate him. I think his clean sheet tally was highly assisted by having a solid defence, a lot of the games he kept a clean sheet he didn’t do a lot.
Don’t get me wrong, he’s improved but he worries the shit out of me and I want an improvement on what we have and personally I don’t think Wilson is a keeper we will ever get a fee for so I’d like to make the most of this opportunity. Maybe last season was a lucky streak and he might come undone this season. Time will tell.
