It's early days but there are only 6-7 teams in worried about. Rest I expect us to be better than

For anyone curious the teams I think will be our rivals are

Soton
Leeds
Leicester
Watford
Norwich

And then

Stoke
Wba
Mboro

You would expect a team like one of these to do well but still not too worried

And yeah rest I am confident we are better than

Much more worried about Ipswich than boro and wba

I can't see Ipswich keeping it up all season

And Brum may have money but can they do it this season? Not so sure

But it's early days and not seen enough of everyone. Just initial thoughts

I really don’t feel like it has to click fast (would be nice), just a gut feeling that second half of the season we’ll have a comparable run to the end of last season. Maybe even stronger.

Middlesbrough were pretty bad today. They have a lot of work to do.

The strength in our recruitment lies in most of the squad being contracted for at least the next 2 years. So assuming we don’t make it up this season, which I don’t think we will, we can keep the squad intact and improved for the following year when the calibre of relegated clubs should be a lot weaker.

He sounded pretty confident something would drop the next few days. Whether that’s just one we were already working on or the Gus replacement who knows. Have a feeling a LCB will sign this week and the others may take a bit longer.

I think 3-4 next week and we’ll be pretty damn excited about a couple of them

Jack Harrison gone from Leeds on loan to Everton

James ward prrowse gone from soton to west ham 30m

Rivals losing players. Hopefully they don't replace well

Like one of not all of gnoto, siniestra and lavia will go too yet. Could do with Leicester losing Dewsbury hall but not seen any rumours about him

Agree over a season. Kind of understand why Swansea have been our bogey team in the past, but Hull does my head in. Here's hoping we can step up at Swansea.

Looks like he's been in Switzerland. Hasn't played a single game for Atlanta, makes sense considering calibre of forwards they have. Don't know how strong the Swiss league is, I'm sure someone will come on and tell me it's the equivalent of the National League North.
