He has a great amount of experience

Not sure but its opinion , hughes been part of a very very leaky hull defence

He was excellent at Bayern so not sure if there’s something bigger to it.

We need Premier League experience and we aren’t going to be able to afford to pay for prime players

Not hard playing in the Bayern Munich team.

Plus he's too slow.

I agree, but so little game time is a bit of a red flag.

I doubt we could get him but someone like Dunk at Brighton whose getting on a bit but still very good.
