I was taking a look at the foot of the table. Norwich in deep pooh, Wednesday unlikely to recover. For me apart from those two I'd say Derby, Oxford, as favourites right now. I worry for Southampton but think they will have too much. Shefield Utd will recover without doubt for me. I think Pompey and Blackburn will be OK. Is there a team higher up the league who may have an implosion of sorts? Birmingham? Wrexham? Once the season gets long and squads are tested?

What say you?

I suspect a manager change is on the cards for Southampton before long. Will Still is hopelessly out of his depth, so I reckon they'll start to pick up. The same may well apply to Norwich before long as well.

Judging by their performance last night there is no chance Wrexham are going down. They and Brum will also buy heavily in January if needed.

I really hope Norwich go after their cheating at the CBS.

As long as we get autos, I don't care who goes down tbh.

Wednesday obviously. Norwich and Southampton you’d think might sort it out but in both cases you have owners who look like they will be slow to react. Especially Norwich who have to sack both the manager and the DOF. They’re defo down for me.

There is always a team that drops like a stone from December and gets in the mire

Prime candidates for me

QPR
Preston
Charlton

Wednesday were gone the second the season started. Outside of them its going to be an absolute bun fight

If Leicester get those points deducted it could plunge them in there

Oxford seem to grind out decent results to be fair to them.

Portmsouth will be down there - haven’t got enough goals in them and they seem to think they are lot better than what they are. They’ll lose Murphy in Jan.

The biggest achilles heel for Leicester will be January. I can't particularly see them bringing in anything other than loans and then there's the question of who else goes as I strongly suspect there will be more outgoings given that the owner no longer seems to be personally financing the club anymore and plenty within the squad reportedly want out.

I doubt they'll be in danger of relegation, but I certainly don't think they'll be anywhere near the play-off spots.

Having a really solid Championship manager like Rowett instead of a 'wonderkid' like John Mousinho, Ryan Mason or Will Still, is huge.

Really hope they stay up. They are only a few miles from home so an easy away trip for me.
(Hopefully will be in the league above them next season. )

I reckon all 3 of them are going to be fine . Oxford and Derby will struggle still (albeit both had good results yesterday to be fair!)
