Championship - Transfer records

The transfer record overview shows the highest grossing transfers of the Championship. It also shows the new club and the transfer fee.
www.transfermarkt.co.uk

Is Hamer more valuable then Neves?

You can be selective but better than Murphy imo and surprised at the money for a lot of defenders on there who are much easier to replace at this level.

He scored 22 Championship goals the season he was sold. There is every chance Gyokeres could become another McBurnie if he steps up a level

Technically he was sold after relegation and not on Championship performances, as quite a few on there Ake, Sissoko, Wijnaldum, Wilson

I think looking at those you've got to be looking for £10m+ for Gyko. Any less we should be saying no

Looking at those 15 is more than reasonable .

I just have no idea what the club are willing to accept though

No way.

Neves was captaining Porto in the Champions League when he was 18 years old.

Its an interesting one with championship fees. Adam Webster was the one that shocked me. Almost out of nowhere. Seems premier league teams target players who were scouted way before they became known in this league.

Why are we even comparing Neves & Hamer? It's nonsense.

We shouldn’t accept anything less than 15m for Gyo.

Quite a few of them were sold after playing in the Premier league and their club was relegated so they were buying a proven Premier league players, and many are young with plenty of potential, some are English too which always adds a premium as do strikers.

Hamer would be about £5-6m.

I would say we could hold out for £8-9 million for Hamer but knowing our past I think we would accept offers of about £6 million

Reasonable numbers. People chatting numbers in the teens are just deluded.

You have to take into account he’s 25 in June, a lot of the players in that list had more potential

I think the only player who we can get a fee in the 8 figures is Gyok

I agree, but they are more realistic than most the numbers being thrown around

I'd be disappointed with £5m for any of them.
