Didn’t know he was the ROI assistant recently. Good luck to him, I think he’ll need it with the outlook there

Carlton Morris apparently set to join Luton for reported £2m. Luton apparently in for Rudoni also. Not sure where their money is coming from.

Ambitious owners and a great recruitment department.

2m on Morris is ridiculously overpriced

If Luton are spending that on Morris and £1m (?) on Rudoni I can only assume Someone is going, probably Adebayo

Luton made some good signings, they will be strong again either way.

I would be fuming if we spent £2m on Carlton Morris

Wasn't sure where to post this extract, but apparently (via an analysis of Championship clubs)

Coventry are apparently the most investible club across the Championship, ranking highly for their financials and infrastructure ahead of Wigan and Luton. One of the key reasons why they believe the Sky Blues are the most investible is down to the lack of revenue their current 32,000 seater-stadium is generating.

Not our stadium, but interesting?

What on earth does investible mean

it makes no sense. I assume whoever did it assumes we own the stadium

Agreed - that's the only conclusion I could come to. It does though highlight (I know it's probably stating the obvious) the importance of owning our own stadium.

Edit: I here's the link

Confused. Is it saying we’re investible because we aren’t making the most of a stadium we don’t own? Or is it because we’ve got a higher potential capacity?

Here’s the report: Most Valuable & Investible Football Clubs | BetVictor

Spotted the issue. It has us down at <10k average attendance so we smash the stadium utilisation sector.

Looking at last season there wouldn’t be much difference anyway, they were a Category B game here and £20/25 there.

As boring as they are, it would be good to help them as at the end of the day we wouldn’t want to be in their shoes….again….
So I think the club should take that up and get more away fans through the doors at theirs and ours

Based on last year's allocation we wouldn't be able to sell anymore at their place regardless, so in our case they would potentially lose money. They will only benefit if they expand their away end.

Dion Sanderson joined Blues again on a season long loan. Few people suggested him as someone they'd like.

Him and Giles get continuously loaned out and not particularly young, have either played a game for Wolves?

Carlton Morris to Luton confirmed, Nathan Jones can’t use his tiny little Luton narrative next year when they’re spending 2 million on a striker.

How much did they spend on Woodrow as well? Or was that undisclosed?

Going to West Ham for £12m. Did anyone take Boosh up on his bet that he will go for more than Hamer?

I didn't take up any bet (unless my memory is failing me) I did, however, say that I thought Gus is at least as good as him (or words to that effect). I will trawl back through my posts though to check !!

Neither did I, I just said his thoughts that Downes was better than Hamer was ridiculous
