Kirkland was injured so wasn't in the squad and didn't get a champions league medal scott Carson got the medal instead

I remember him playing in a testimonial. Can’t remember who’s, maybe Oggy. He was the best player on the pitch by a mile.
But I’d say testimonials don’t count, so no, he never played for us!
