Exactly. I don’t buy the “accident” argument either. The skill of penalties is executing a relatively simple skill under extreme pressure. If you fuck up, that’s your fault. The penalty in question was clearly a slip so you not 'buying' the accident argument is irrelevant. The total inflexibility you are demonstrating is no different to awarding a penalty for every touch of the ball with the hand regardless of circumstance.Exactly.
