I suppose their dominance came at a price, winning league titles unnopposed for years has certainly left their supporters with a sense of entitlement... Imagine protesting outside celtic park and calling a club legend all the names under the sun, whilst causing bother and wasting police time because you've had a bad patch for the first time in years....

It does show that no matter how much you win there'll be people who always want more.

It does seem especially stupid in the middle of a pandemic. "I can't see my family or friends. I'm largely stuck indoors. Many people's jobs are hanging by a thread. People are dying and people are putting themselves at great risk to help. But do you know what I absolutely will not stand? My team not winning every domestic trophy for the fourth year in a row - sod social distancing and public health - this needs public demonstration!"

Get some perspective FFS. It's just a game.

Look at the rollercoaster ride we've been on over the years. Up and down like a slappers knickers, and we're a club with no ground. A lot of these clubs fans are like spoilt kids, all want want want, not realising you have to take the bad times with the good, that's the nature of football. I listen to these " big club" fans on the radio phone ins, and many are in tears when their club loses 3 games on the trot, it's like they are about to be relegated. Good for a laugh though !

Horrible fan base and they showed it when they turned up for Richard Shaw’s testimonial. Can’t believe someone our fans claim to support both us and them. Embarrassing

What do their banners say? ‘Rangers are better than us, sack the board’?

Both sets of fans are that backwards they enjoy each others defeats more than their own wins. Can’t wait for the day someone else wins it again.

Funny thing is, rangers got demoted and had to work/buy their way back and whilst this was going on Celtic won everything multiple times. Now, it’s can’t compete with them so protest during a pandemic. Ducking idiots. I remember 10-20 years ago there was talk of them joining the prem. both would be relegated within a few seasons. Like someone has already posted, “entitled”.

Tbh I’ve seen that from City fans when Wasps lose.

Be honest though. If City don't win but Wasps get their arses handed to them - you still have to enjoy it a little bit!

Was with you 100% until the very last line.

Football is not just a game , it means too much to too many to be just a game.

Doesn't mean I condone them muppets by the way

Or the flip side is that given the shit we have been through did the fans protest enough?

It’s all relative to the success you have experienced in the club, Celtic been walking the league but the board have been not spending due to not having too so getting slaughtered in europe each year but still getting domestic trophies. Then the Gers finally get their act together and can compete at the same are tactically better and they don’t like it. Should dock the bastards points to throw fuel onto the fire and watch them cry even more
