According to the website its 02476992326, however, whenever I phone it, it just rings through to a voicemail.

Is there a different or more efficient number I can use? Or is it best to not call during lunch time for them.

Thanks. It was [email protected] that I used. I have emailed them on the ticket office address and will keep my fingers crossed.

I know it doesn't suit some peoples agendas on here and other unnamed Coventry sites but I'd just like to say after emailing [email protected], they dealt with my enquiry swiftly and very helpfully. Good stuff.

I emailed this ticket office this morning, response within 20 minutes, and my problem was sorted. Excellent service
