I can't get them to answer either and so I sent them an email. No answer from that either. I called in yesterday and waited for quarter of an hour behind ONE customer......"it's because the system has a mind of its own Sir" :facepalm::facepalm:

I know it doesn't suit some peoples agendas on here and other unnamed Coventry sites but I'd just like to say after emailing ticketoffice@ccfc.co.uk, they dealt with my enquiry swiftly and very helpfully. Good stuff.
