So Daniel Gidney apparently says that CCFC only generate 17% of The Ricoh's income, compared to 80% 5 years ago. Thats not good news as it proves that we dont need to exist / be tenants there for it to keep running.....

I think this percentage would carry on going down every year cuz 5 years ago the ricoh was trying to build a reputation from being brand new. Now we all know what the reputation of the ricoh is like. Sisu out
