The bond between club and fans is breaking mateThe quietness is deafening, coming from our club …… it would be nice just to be kept informed about certain things ….. build up to events etc ?
The latest problem is the season ticket numbers, as a friend phoned up yesterday to be told point blank “ Sold Out “ , but on just reading the supposed latest updates , we are still at 23,500 ……. Does anyone know if the club is bothered with giving us information , after all , it would only be another £500 in the coffers ?
You can't buy a season ticket anymore, there was a deadline which has now passed. The quietness is deafening, coming from our club …… it would be nice just to be kept informed about certain things ….. build up to events etc ?

Thanks for calling... I've been hearing stuff... within the club... regarding transfers... some coming in... some going out... I can confirm that... I will know more about it tomorrow.Should bring back clubcall imo.
I thought the deadline was for the early-bird price, didn’t realise they’d took them off sale all togetherYou can't buy a season ticket anymore, there was a deadline which has now passed.
Should bring back clubcall imo.

What are you prattling on about
Simpler timesCeefax is the future.
Not if a deadline was set. People had plenty of time to buy them. Having a walk up capability is important.Season Tickets should only go off sale if they've all sold out
Never forget my delight - leaping around in an empty pub - when a friend said “it’s 1?” and pointed at the ceefax, when we beat the Villa at their place for the first time.Simpler times

The walk-up capability had already been factored in to the ST threshold, selling the last few available ST’s would have had no impact on it.Not if a deadline was set. People had plenty of time to buy them. Having a walk up capability is important.

Unsold season tickets increase the walk up capacity. Walk up tickets per ticket bring in more money than season tickets on a game to game basis.
Anfield has a capacity of just over 61,000 and they sell 34,00O season tickets and that includes seasonal hospitality. On average, after exchanges, there are 21,000 members present per Premier League game at Anfield.
Our fans should be thankful.
So why have they increased the number of season tickets available this season?
Liverpool are a poor comparison because if they start poorly their crowds won't drop off like ours will. They'll sell tickets no matter the format
Or Coventry City Teamtalk, your independent news service from Highfield Rd…Should bring back clubcall imo.
Because it is secured income and like you say our demand could drop of more easily than Liverpool. My point still stands that Liverpool with a greater demand supply fewer season tickets than us on a percentage basis.
So we increased the number of season tickets this season and some fans are still moaning they didn't get one because they missed the cut off date that was clearly publicized.
To me it smacks of moaning for moaning's sake.
