Hi,

Just had a phone call form my 'CCFC Representative' at the club. She told me a 12 for 10 deal and just wanted general feedback about my matchday experience.

Anybody else heard from the club in this way before as it is certainly new to me!!

Yes I did when I didnt renew my season ticket, offered me all sorts of things but they couldn't get their heads around the fact that I couldn't go to games that were not Saturday 3pm dues to work.

I live over 100 miles from cov so get up when I can. I have a 1 year old daughter that takes up a lot of my time now as if I go footie I am out for most of Saturday. I came up for the 1st game of the season and she couldn't understand why I cannot make it more often. Again the midweek games are a no-no because of time and distance. Fair play to the club for trying to entice the fair weather fans (yep, people like me) but I will go when I can and nothing can/will change that.

Yh I had a season ticket for over 30 years, first time I havnt because of the work and 2 young kids, I do get up when I can. The guy said to me well if you only made it to Saturday games you'd still be better off buying a season ticket??? I said what about when some move for Sky TV etc. He said that never happens once the fixtures are drawn up.
I've been to 2 games so far both free, on mates season tickets who are away on hols, Like you said at least they are trying, but come on who that doesn't already go is going to buy 12 for 10 tickets at this point in time? I think they would struggle at 12 for 5 to be honest.

Even if every game was free I would still struggle to make it too often! There are a lot of us fans who live a long way from Cov and try our best to get there when we can. I wonder what the attendances would be if these fans were taken out of the equation?

I got a call from somebody last week selling me the virtues of a season ticket as I had purchased an extra ticket for the leicester game. I explained to her that i have 4 premier club tickets with work, and my 2 sons have season tickets in the tesco stand where they sit with 3 other family members. She digested this news for a while and then said " but you are aware that a season ticket is cheaper than coming every game individually"

so pleased she called.

Do you think they are just temporary telesales staff brought in to try to increase ticket sales or actual CCFC members of staff?

If temporary then I can understand why they wouldn't be able to digest what they recieve but if CCFC staff then they should know a little more!

I have had several calls over the summer, and explained that I will not renew our season tickets until Sisu are gone.

Apparently I was not alone in this stance!

I was asked why don't you come to games anymore? I replied I do but have to use my brothers details as he's under 16,That way I get in half price. The guy didn't know what to say and kinda mumbled and said thankyou good bye.
