The DCMS report on football governance was clear - if the FA/FL do not start adhering to their own guidelines and regulations with regards to the ownership of clubs, then legislation will follow.
Will the FA & FL look into the breaches of company law that have been highlighted in CCFC case thus far? And what happens when governments start interfering with national football associations?
