According to this report from bbc website. Those clubs who did not reach an agreement with rangers regarding the player transfers have not recieved clearance for the transfers.

Is nice for once to have some certaintity about somrthing at the club and know that Fleck is ours.

I get the feeling that SISU have infiltrated this board, not sure I'm up for a SISU love in 5 weeks from the start of our first season in the third tier of English football for nearly 50 years. Yes they have done good things bur their ownership has been a complete disaster for the club and unfortunately for the few things they have got right there are more that they have got horribly wrong.

To be fair it was the decent thing to do.

Works well for both parties.

rangers cant have it both ways

wipe out the debt, but still hold onto the players
