Thanks for some cheer on a dark day.

That goal by Machin sending a packed spoin Kop mental with added Crowd surge .

The seventies green and black kit with Mortimer scoring ,was that at chealsea with a track around the pitch.

Finally a goal in the 90's from Whelan absolutely stunning as good as any goal touted as genious from around the world today ,oh and almost

forgot ,Gordon milnes young allstars beating West Ham in the league cup 81-82 I think.Why did they move him upstairs after that "Failure"?

Such a shame though that the greatest period of our history (the Sky Blue Revolution of the 60's) carries so little footage.
