Worryingly if you do a search for CCFC the (holdings) Ltd does indeed say dissolved although it could be another company, SISU may have renamed something else to holdings after that.

CCFC Holdings Ltd is not one of the two companies being discussed / argued about. These are Coventry City Football Club Ltd and Coventry City Football Club (holdings) Ltd so nothing to panic over. No underhand moves by SISU or anyone else, just another company.

This raises MORE questions Rip.

As far as I am aware, you cannot have two companies of the exact same name - has to vary in same fashion. Does every company that trades in the UK have to be recorded at companies house (i.e. can they register in say Cayman Islands yet be based in UK)?

If not then WHERE is the listing for CCFC (the football club) In ANY form?

The ONLY other company at Companies house is CCFC ASIA Limited.

This is VERY worrying! It must be under another name!

Sorry if the graphs are unclear but these are a visual representation from companies house of the clubs nett assets from 2000 to the last available submitted accounts. Seems to my uneducated eye that the trend is certainly towards an ever decreasing value in the club.
