Which is the one that is to be liquidated?

And is there reason why it's not already been done?

Everything of value was moved to Holdings and everything not wanted was moved to LTD so it could be liquidated.

There will be no rush to finish liquidating LTD. The FL stipulated that the amount offered to ACL for breaking the rental agreement would still have to be paid if SISUE wanted the golden share. Also the embargo would be finished so they would have no excuses for not replacing players.

We know they don't want to give ACL any money. Have they got the money to give them? It isn't a massive amount, but equates to more than a seasons income whilst at Northampton. Maybe they need to sell a player first to pay for it.

Not forgetting Holdings Is going as well ,thus no books for public consumption .

Does the delay finalising the process affect ACL , IE; Is the lease still being in place stopping them moving on ?

That would make sense to me not liquidating so money can't be given to acl but are there not rules on these things?
