But you do solely (or at least 90%+) post only in defence of Sisu, it may be for balance, but you can't complain if people think you are biased.

As first predicted in the Telegraph when we reported last month’s late filed accounts for a third club company - Otium Entertainment Group Limited - it now appears club directors want the Holdings company they are winding up to be struck off, without the need to submit the 2011/12 accounts.
Club directors said they were refusing to breach confidentiality with Companies House. But they reaffirmed their intention to place into Otium all club assets which had previously been strewn across CCFC Holdings and a company now in liquidation, Coventry City Football Club Limited.

I suppose there is a subtle difference between liquidation & winding up, but the end result is it will cease to exist.
