So does the money if we got a big cup draw away or got to wembley but I doubt it would matter then, would it?

What about the logic of coming on a forum and creating a pointless post that some thing is wrong just because you disagree with it?

The same people who hate the council ,because the rent was too high ,but will still give (I know nothing about football ,I have a degree in real estate) money to joy even after she has taken the club away from them, breaking years of family traditions, for many there social live revolves around the sky blues, but they will selfishly carry on as if nothing has happened, and the sad thing is there are many here and else where who will slate this opinion but soon, if they get there way. There will be no more forms or banter because there will only be a few of then left all with the same opinion

N/W if we turn this on its head and every one from last year went to sixfields there would be 3000 plus who could not get in , what would you say to them ?(tuff) or what if you were one of those fans who had been for years and years and now got locked out every week, again would you just say tuff, we as fans have one tool in the box ,our money, the only reason people wont use that tool is for (well I don't know the reason)

And here we are, showing just how wrong you are, and how ridiculous your statement is.

So you assume because I want stirring words for going today I intend to go into the ground;

You assume I wouldn't be more than happy to walk out if I did;

You assume that if I went in the ground, I would be pro SISU and not pro CCFC, not thinking that the best chance of the club coming back is if it stays alive.

But no, instead of tub thumping words of encouragement, telling me why I should go and say I am proud to be a Coventry fan, whatever else has happened, instead I get divisive, ridiculous, dick waving tripe.

Because what better way to get people behind the cause then insult them?

And what makes it more laughable is you then assume somebody who's been NOPM'ing for longer than most of you here, but still feels it important to make a statement today, is part of this so-called 'selfish' group.

Pathetic, absolutely pathetic.

Sorry if I insulted you ,I think the strongest word I used was selfish, again sorry if this cause offence it was you who responded to my post , and not very well in my opinion , I never assumed anything about you ,mine was a general point about the only way we as fans can protest against sisu and the council is to withhold our money and I think I ended my point with I don't know the reson why people wont do that , I do admit that a assume its for there own selfish reasons, if you wont some string words Mansfield and brighton have been where we are and have come back stronger .maybe talk to there fans

It's not just me though is it? What possible purpose does insulting our own fans serve? It's possible to say why you think something isn;t working without making it personal, all making it personal does is stop people turning up!

I'll be there this afternoon... with misgivings. And reading this board hasn;t helped that, I've seen bitching, sniping, people having a go at each other and it makes me very uncomfortable, I want no part of a p[ack mentality that wastes its energies on insulting each other.

I'm sure I'm not alone in that, so who does it hurt, but the people doing it, who actually probably want more to turn up to any protest organised after all!

who are you to call someone's post [pointless] ? there seems to be plenty of discussion about it ! you don't like a post, ignore it !! surely,you should be encouraging people to post their views,not disencouraging them !!!

Calling someone selfish is an opinion not an insult , and nothing ive read or heard has changed that , but we are all selfish in our own ways , that's not an opinion thats a fact , I personally don't like the fact that any ccfc fan is going to the game today , but those that do go I hope they out sing /shout ect the shefield fans it wont affect my day either way, I still have an opinion and I thought that's what fourms like this were about

Someone called me selfish @ work last week.

Did I take it as his opinion (and think that's ok ..Nice bloke) ..

Or did I find it insulting. (Thinking WTF!!)

There are no Positive inferences to be gained from using the word selfish.

If there are ..I wanna hear 'em

I don't think even SISU would think of re-locating the club to Wembley would they? Let's keep things in perspective.
