The funds will see the club through untill the 29th July then it's admin for CCFC.

I have been told this by a club Director that i know well and for many years. {This Morning}

SISU are broke and have no idea what to do with the club.

Gutted, but the club has to hit the wall before we can rebuild it IMO.

yep. Really.

More will come out over the next few days.

Story about the loan is just the first part of the way it will be presented by CCFC.

Take over bid anyone sell the club for £1 to someone who will invest and has money.

why wait till 29th? why take additional "finance" now? why tell someone who is going to make it public? why do it when there is income coming in and the season starts on 6th August with a big crowd ?

Is illegal to do anything if as a Board of directors believe the club is not a going concern and cannot meet its bills as they fall due - they could be personally liable. So if they can see it cant go on the decision should be to call in the administrators now not to wait

Sounds like a load of bollocks to me fueled by the fact that you think we will have no other financing in place by the end of this month.

Well the last time someone else came on saying something like this with no real evidence it proved pretty much correct. I'd be surprised if it was that soon, maybe 1st September. But my conspiracy has always been that if we go into admin, SISU will be classed as the main creditors due to the way CCFC Holdings and Sky Blues Sport & Leisure is structured. At least, that's what they hope. Dulieu was involved at trying to pull off something similar at Southampton I think.

If the fee is £1m from the stories this morning, and the club are losing between £500k - £600k a month, wouldn't £1m last longer than end of this month?

So then whoever takes us on still has to pay SISU?

the £1M actually will keep the club going for 3 months, which makes sense if the club is losing £4M a year (£1M a quarter)

If the club were to already owe a creditor 600,000 by then end of this month then we could go under.

We do-it's all to SISU. It's a bit like me charging a company that is actually mine for any losses incured. So technically, we don't. But try telling them that!

Well SISU are probably asking for all the money we "owe" them as part of the terms of a sale. Admin would see them as the main creditor after the football ones and the taxman (in their eyes).

We just got a mention on Radio 5. They were talking about financial fairplay. Someone said "what about Coventry and the Ricoh Arena?"
