one plot of land to build our own stadium on if the wasps deal gets completed.

They've handed over buildings to the Higgs charity for redevelopment so why not some land to the club?

I wouldn't even say owe us the land, it should be bought but the planning permission should be treated normally.

But wouldn't that actually mean Sisu being serious, buying land and building the thing, can't wait for the next 3 week comment.
