Wasn't there something in the administrators documentation when Wasps went tits up that the floodlights weren't up to the required standard anymore, especially for TV games.

I wouldn’t object to the lights being turned off in the build up to the game. I think that can be quite atmospheric.

If they're thinking of upgrades they could think about providing phone reception for the O2 network in and around the stadium.

Yep just done some partnership with E On so imagine thats driving stuff like lighting.A good light show can be very atmospheric, so long as it's not just flashing lights! Celtic have a very impressive one I've noticed, as do Spurs. Not that arsed if we have it or not, I'd imagine it's just an upgrade for 4k TV, as well as it's probably more economical than some old expensive floodlights from the early 2000s.
