but if they did..

"Portsmouth going into administration resulting in a 10 point penalty, followed by the Sky Blues excellent 1-0 win away to Blackpool, means Coventry are out of the drop zone for the 1st time since 2011"

"With Portsmouth going into administration resulting in a 10 point penalty and Coventry winning every match between the end of January and the beginning of May, followed by every other team not winning a single game between them for the rest of the season, means Coventry finish as Championship winners."

It would be hard to swallow if us staying up was more to do with Pompey going financially belly up than us fighting for our place.

We're all football fans and shouldn't be made to suffer as Pompey have.

I hope they don't buy any before we play them.

We shouldn't rely on pompy facing a points deduction.
With what we are going through we should understand.
Yes it would benefit us hugely, but even then, that means pompy are down with us.
In my opinion we should focus on ourselves and if pompy do have a points deduction then we need to still need to find points ourselves.

Nope, sorry, If asked....

"Would you like to see Pompy get deducted 10 points ?, my answer would be NO"

However, if asked, "would you like to see Pompy be decucted 10 points and CCFC stay up?" then its a yes from me.

They have been in admin for a while now, yet some loop hole has stopped them getting 10 points deduction.

We are having to bear the brunt of poor mismanagement, losing a lot more than 10 points this season due to a squad unable to compete.

Surely as this is the second time in admin, then if they were to get a point deduction, it would be more than 10 points?

According to local radio, it's not just admin they should worry about. HMRC have apparently tabled a winding up petition.

Sod that. They have my sympathy, but if 3 clubs go into admin and we stay up as a result, I'll be doing cartwheels!

far too many clubs cheating the system at the moment !

I would personally put West Ham in that as well.

They get a parachute payment to help cope with finances in the championship and then go out and buy Kevin Nolan on 60k a week wth it !
