It's a money maker. Why wouldn't he want it to continue? ££

I don't blame the guy, he's looking out what's best for his (which may conflict with the interests of our club, I want CCFC to be back in Cov at the nearest possible date!) club, and I wouldn't mind if CCFC got 100k if the roles were reversed.

We'll have no fan base in years to come.

That will be sisus legacy.

This.

And that is a devastating prospect for all concerned.

Moving us to Northampton is a terrible move for so many reasons. It isn't even saving us money - gate receipts are about 10-20% of what they would have been at the Ricoh.

Whereas ACL and CCC want Coventry City Football Club to return to Coventry for what reason?

This is the reality. He's doing nothing wrong acting in the best interest of NT whether you like it or not.

Like I said:

A football club being taken away from its community is wrong. To openly embrace it and wish for it to continue is disgusting.

If you want to capitalise on another club's problems and make a quick buck then I can understand coming out with the 'we're here to help at this difficult time' line. Not this though.

It's a c*nty thing to say in public. Doesn't it anger you that the man is flaunting his delight at profiting from our misery?

In fairness he got up my nose more when he started saying about as fans we should be grateful.

At least he's admitted here he cares only for money and not the integrity of English football.

They don't need to own the ground, however it is obvious that owning the whole freehold would be better.

Its a bit like a Granny thinking she needs a Ferrari to go shopping once a week, when in reality a Metro will do everything she needs.

So why the expensive oversized Ricoh, when Sixfields does the job?
Though loosing 4k fans is strange but they can watch on the hill

The only job its doing is making it even more unlikely that Sisu get their money back.

Hang on a second. I was at this meeting and there was no gloating whatsoever. A young lad asked about how it is going with Coventry and Cardoza said, "it's going ok, we make a bit of money on it". That was the extent of it. Talk about a non story.

He also said you might be at the Ricoh next season who knows.
