Ay, don't you want us to win? Makes you wonder the way some people think.

That old chestnut, where does it state he wants us to lose??????

It says 'tonights game holds no interest'. It holds absolutely no interest for me either, win or lose.

It is an irrelevance really. We're not going to win it and any money generated from it will just go towards keeping my club in Northampton.

But IF we somehow got an attractive game away in a later round or somehow got to Wembley you'd see it as very relevant.

We're too big for League 1 and too big / small / important for the League Cup

Win the game , and then draw Northampton away next round , then we could fill sixfields

I will keep an ear out tonight of course but I wont base my evening around it thats for sure plus I find it a bitter pill to swallow watching them at Sixfields. If we were chosen on telly to play any league game away then i'm their for the full 90.

People just read what they want.
I don't want us to lose, but can honestly say im not too bothered either way.
And an away win at 21/20 was too good to turn down.

So you'd rather no team to support? No money being pumped in = no club. You would rather that? No? Well then it is relevant.

Its so irrelevent you are falling over yourselves to declare how dissinterested you are. Its Coventry City, its kids for a quid v a team just come down from the prem and the chance of a bit of protest too. Should be lots of fun actually. I think you are all jealous really.

With the position we're in, it sounds bad, but league survival must take priority

Not to go and watch week in week out (I am the same) but the club we love, support and have followed all our lives still exists. I hate SISU but they are putting in enough money to keep the club going. Regardless of where it goes, a windfall from a cup run can only help keep the club going.

As much as I dislike SISU, their methods and what they stand for; I still want what is by right, a side representing my home city, as in Coventry City, to win!
