In theory it should not apply to us.
The scheme I believe is for crowds above 10,000

Was introduced for crowds over 10,000 but it does seem to keep going even with the lower attendances.

Hopefully lots of these people that are watching on the Sunday will not know this and park in the streets and make lots of money for the local council especially if car park c is full of caravans.

The residents parking thing is something that should be asked of the council. It clearly says it's for events with an attendance of over 10K so shouldn't be operating for our games anymore. Sure they will find a way out of it but they should at least have to give a response.

I am lucky as I have a relative who lives in Hen Lane with off road parking but £10 or even £5 on top of the match ticket would put me off.

If wasps have reduced onsite parking to £5 then I love them

£10 has always been overpriced IMO, but this season have been paying it due to me taking the old man!

Parking scheme is for all events over 10k so will apply to Wasps games the same way as it does to Ccfc games.

Clarity is needed over the 10k thing though. Would be interesting if anyone who has received a ticket has challenged the council over this.

With the council cuts, how will they manage to enforce two days of enforcing the zone?

You would think the Council / Police would be out in force.

I had one once from Warwickshire Police for parking on the Grass by the bull and anchor....

Used to park up blurb ages lane and Warwickshire Police were always quite active down there. Then again suppose they do have a smaller area to police than WMP do

Nowt better to do I bet. I have found a better parking space now for free if I need one but still park on the grass if I need to.

If the police are there it will be only to give out tickets as the rugby lot don't need police in the ground as they are less trouble than football fans.

If I had time I would like to hang around near the ground telling the Rugby fans to ignore the parking signs as they don't apply to them and hope they all get tickets (I really am a lovely person!).

Stand corrected just what I was told couldn't make that match as I was living it up in New York.

I park on Bedlem Lane as we know someone who lives there and we are off and home really quickly

Mind you always miss the highlights on CWR (when there are any)

Never made the Walsall game either, went to Twickenham, but looks like we did not miss very much.
