Hi, I’m looking forward to the game on Monday. It should be a good one but I’m coming more in hope than expectation. I’d take a point now.
Any car parking recommendations please? Ideally one that means relatively easy access back to the M6 south after the game. I looked on the official website earlier and the only option is “Arena Shopping” parking. I couldn’t see if that is car park A, B, C or somewhere else. Happy to walk a mile or so to and from the ground, not keen on park and ride.
Check the Novotel just off the M6 as i think they used to allow you to pay to park there on matchdays. I tend to park at a place called St Finbarr's but i don't think that is likely to be easy to get on to the M6 from.

I tend to park at the McDonnell Drive car park. It’s about a 15 minute walk to the ground. Really easy access to M6.
I think it’s called Leisure Ireland (or something).
Hot tip: just cut through the shrubbery and walk over the roundabout to save yourself a longer walk round to the ground.
One place that offers cheap beer and food costs £10 about 10 minute walk away is Coventry Welsh rfc 82 Burbages Ln, Longford, Exhall, Coventry CV6 6AY.
always a mixture of home and away fans too
