Be careful, never say never. Good choices though. From Captain always injured to Captain never injured.
I'm assuming kitching was vice which is why he was captain whilst sheaf was out. He's still Vice.Slightly odd that Kitching has been the captain for the first 4 games while Sheaf was still at the club only for it to be switched to Grimes once the position was officially ‘available’ but the right decision either way.
I believe that either Lats or Bidwell were vice as Lats was captain a lot under Robins (I know previous regime) and Bidwell has been captain when both he and Kitch were on the field together (both league cup games) this season under Lampard. But before you say he started and Kitch didn't....when Sheaf came on Kitch gave him the armband.I'm assuming kitching was vice which is why he was captain whilst sheaf was out. He's still Vice.
Completely correct choice
Got to be one of the most consistent players I've seen play for us
Thought it might be Kitch, but I guess Grimes is more of a guaranteed starter, especially since Woolfenden signed.
Grimes Club Captain, Kitching on the field Captain.
Is that a thing nowadays?
Surely not a better signing than Rudoni ?Sheaf was a good player.
But he wasn’t a captain. The difference Grimes has made to our midfield and our overall shape has been fantastic.
Best signing since Hamer and Gyok.
Great shout to be fair, think Grimes overall dictation of play and tempo just edges Rudonis genious…..justSurely not a better signing than Rudoni ?
I actually wonder if FL will consider a 3 at the back formation at times after signing Woolfenden.Frank does seem to like Kitch. I think the Woolf is stalking Bobby Thomas more than Kitching right now.
Rightly so, Bobby has been at fault for a few goals recently. Hopefully the Woolfenden signing raises Bobby's gameFrank does seem to like Kitch. I think the Woolf is stalking Bobby Thomas more than Kitching right now.
