Can we pay the players? (1 Viewer)

Not sure if this has been covered elsewhere but can we continue to pay the players with our bank accounts frozen? Not sure if, as a preferential creditor under FL rules they continue to be paid? If not surely this brings the end game in sight? Depending when they are paid this would mean a conclusion must be reached within a month?
