They have the 3rd best home record in the league:

W13 D6 L3

A very good record but not invincible.

We have the 8th best away record:

W7 D8 L7

Worryingly, we have not beaten any of the top 12 at their places, so its looking like a draw is our best hope.

Win and we potentially finish just 2 points behind them. Thought they were Mile's clear of us.

There's every chance of a positive result.

This season, we've had more than one instance of long undefeated runs which only get curtailed by the international break.

Well, that's not happening here... so why not go for being 10 unbeaten!

Tbh anything can happen. Sunderland might not even win

I am just not getting my hopes up. I am quite calm. It is a very weird feeling. I wouldn't have been able to do this even 5 years ago

Meditation lads.

Although having said that, they have nothing to wobble about. The pressure is well off.

Meh. We’ll be fine.

We have only lost 1 in the last 16 games. The only times we struggled this season were at the start of the season and at the restart after the world cup.

We won at Watford when they were better but now down to 13th.

Drew at Luton, Blackburn, Swansea, Sunderland and Preston.

So we got a result at 6 of them. We are one of the top 12 sides. So only 11 to play. We haven't played at Middlesbrough yet. So we have got a result at 6 out of 10 so far.

And we have already beaten Middlesbrough at home and deserved the win.

Edit...got ahead of myself. Still pissed from last night. 5 out of 10 so far

Blackburn are still in with a chance at this point, depending on tomorrow's result. They could finish on 69 and draw with, or beat Millwall in the process, with a minus GD. Both teams look poor at the moment so that could go either way.

Well, if we all go all in on a Sunderland, Milwall, Boro treble... we can all retire as millionaires.

I mean, it's that much of a sure thing, I guess.

But 4 wins and 3 draws in their last 7 home games including teams at the top of the table.

Doesn't solve the problem as Blackburn will then finish ahead of us if we lose, meaning we will be relying on the Sunderland-Preston result.

Blackburn draw against Luton is best as it stops them finishing ahead of us but they can still catch Millwall

Lovely. I was astonished at how good a bottle you can get for under 5 euro. I asume the tax is next to nil over there or the French would riot. More.

These end of season games are full of mind games.
Will we play for a draw ? - very dangerous.
Will Boro be up for it, and put their bodies on the line as much as us? I doubt it.

He was on the bench so I would guess rested or carrying a slight knock.

You think if there is any doubt on him they will rest him again

A fiver? That's an excellent bottle of wine.

My wife's usual one is a 10 ltr box for €16. Just over a euro a bottle. Her favourite is €11 for 3 litres but says not a lot of difference.

Tax is 1 Centime a bottle. So less than a penny. The whole country would go on strike and riot if they tried to raise it

We have gone from no chance to winning 3 out of 4 and now don’t even need to win at Boro. We don’t lose many games and Boro have no reason to break a sweat. Need to be at least a little optimistic at this point. A few weeks ago winning at Boro was considered to be a necessity

I just from memory can never remember us doing well there. Still we may play them again so we’ve got to get something there to stay in it at some point
