I can confirm that you have just been told by a reliable source that CCFC are to purchase the freehold on the Arena and that all the staff at the Arena have briefed.
I can also state that this is very very unlikely to be true - as others have stated the sale of the freehold would be subject to a council committee. If you've got any experience with public sector governance you'll know that any potential deal wouldn't be signed until the new year.

Strange comment considering they would most likely sell the whole lot as as a whole package inside 6 months of acquiring it - well I would not be suprised anyway, as its one way of them having a return on their "investment"
