So who was on the drums then was it someone new?

Yeah was someone else. Nervy start but grew into the game, was a couple of times he was out of time. Solid enough debut considering he was thrown in the deep end.

We could actually hear it in the family zone which is new. Wouldn't know there was a drummer if I hadn't been told previously.

For more context around the drum in general, the regular drummer has been missing for a good few games this season, and whenever he has been absent, someone else has from the top of Block 15 fills in. He wasn't there for the Burnley game, and he (obviously) wasn't there last night either, was one of the other lads who fills in.

I concur that whoever stood in last night had a slightly ropey start; however, seemed to gain in confidence as he went along. Give him a solid 7.5 out of 10, and helped with the home atmosphere against the usual noisy Pompey fans. Thought the atmosphere was good generally last night ( though if we hadn't scored, think it would have ended with a lot of frustrated booing - largely aimed at the ref)

I don't want to start rumours, but I thought I saw the usual drummer in the family section. If it was, then I heard someone ask him which kid he was with and he said he'd not decided yet.

I doubt we’d boo the players. They worked hard.

My son has got aa G8 distinction as a drummer - however, he has no interest in football. He may be happy to do it, so long as he is paid, and kick offs can be arranged around a 19 year old's sleeping patterns (and can he bring his bed with him?_

Apparently loads of complaints about it from other Pompey fans, bit like our mad hatters.

He didn't want people to walk to Wembley because he wasn't there.

Little ratty c**t, hopefully he gets the right treatment inside.
