Think I’ll be sick if I read any more of that ‘pay as you play’ nonsense. It’s so rare at professional level and despite his horrendous record, still not fitting of Callum Wilson.

He's still being linked with the likes of West Ham ffs and people are saying they'd take him here on a pay as you play

I’ve heard Binks and Waghorn are paying his wages with 10% of each of their wage

This is the rumour of the close season so far. Someone who we’ll never sign and if we did sign would never play rumoured to be coming on a pay as you play basis that they’d never accept and wouldn’t earn anything from anyway.

Why would someone who has been on the best part if £100k a week join a club who pay £25k a week max? When you have worked it out, you will realise it's not happening

True, but he won’t have a queue of clubs willing to pay him even 50k a week, and if one does, it will be a short term deal. He will want a Min of 2 yrs

If he went to somewhere like West Ham he would be on nearer £50k a week than £25k a week. Saudi Arabia could also be a well paid option for him.

Never coming here in a million years, maybe in 3 years time. We do not pay £25k a week to anyone.

Based on the sign in the background it looks like he’s signing for “Coventry City Hteell Clus”, whoever they are.

Hearing Callum Wilson was at Ryton talking to Frank Lampard. Probably won't come to anything, just maybe wants to train before he secures a new club.

Hardly. Last i knew of he lives in Sandbanks. Over a 6 hour round trip daily for a bit of fitness seems a bit extreme.
More than likely in the area visiting friends and family and popped in for old times sake.
Nothing to see, move along.

Why do people say this. There is no such thing. Name one player who has been on a pay as you play contract. And just in case there is one, then name two
He was offered a pay as you play offer at Newcastle and turned it down. Granted he'd get more game time here than at Newcastle, but wouldn't make half the amount.
Paddy Bamford is a FAR better option at this level. More affordable. Not as injury prone. Id rather pull.out.the stops and pursue him rather than waste any time even considering CW

Yes, mental suggestion. If we are going for a striker I like to think we would be aiming for something more creative than him

And travelled home once a week and stayed in Newcastle. His kids are set up in Sandbanks from when he was at Bournemouth and didnt want to move them as they were settled. In fairness, she said the only way she'd move them now was a move back to the midlands to be closer to her parents. So she and the kids stayed put and he got home when he could, otherwise went it alone in Newcastle for most of the week.
May of changed but that was the situation last i knew.

This just isn’t happening. And if for some reason he is desperate to play for us, he’d have to take a HUGE drop in wages.
Anyway, from our point of view he’s never off the treatment table so not worth it anyway

Of course he had a property in Newcastle. He didnt live in his car 5-6 nights a week because he wasn't in Sandbanks.

He spent more time in Newcastle than he did in Sandbamks, that doesn't automatically mean his family lived there too! Maybe they did and they changed, but initially (for at least the forst 2 or 3 seasons) he was living alone in Newcastle whilst they stayed down south.
