Does anybody know the details of the Wilson deal with Bournemouth- what did we get paid for them getting promoted, what is our sell on %, do we have any potential income if he nets a few in the prem?

Between 750,000 & £1M for helping Bournemouth into Prem. + additional if he's transferred (dependent on fee) & more when he gets his first Full England Cap.

If he has a half decent season and players like Danny Ings, Lambert, Nugent and Vardy have been given a chance not sure why Wilson would be overlooked. Not like it was Years ago when Phiilips, Wright and Fowler were bench warmers,, when today they would be starters.

As for the transfer and % i'm not sure we had a promotion bonus but i would of thought we would of had a sell on clause... If the promotion bonus was added we will not get that until the Premier league pays out all the clubs i would of thought. Lastly would SISU be letting on or even using it as reinvestment into the playing side of the club?? sounds as if any money due will be spent on running costs...

It's public knowledge there's a promotion payment to us if Bournemouth got promoted.

There is no figure mentioned in that article.

6 figure could be 100,000 up to 999,999.

The fans should be asking SW how much of this deal will be given to TM to help compete and get out of League 1....

And that is why we are all guessing on here the facts of the deal.. Granted a club should not discuss amounts but they should let the fans know if money due from any deal is being reinvested into the playing side...

We have an appeal that needs paying for

when they set the playing budget at 2.5 million they must have based that on so many ticket sales what would have happened if we had sold 3 times as many as forecast? Or if we had sold a load of merchandise

Well if the wage bill exceeds the revenue by that amount it is being invested isn't it - and that's the revenue currently gained by season ticket and package sales.

It still pains to think that the Callum transfer fee. if wisely invested on the actual playing side could have seen us looking towards this season playing championship football. I would love to know what the powers that be thought eclipsed that priority. On second thoughts maybe I wouldn't..

Paying players wages and other general costs of running a football club? You should be aiming your anger at the nopm lot as well, it has been their intention to starve the club of money and therfore investment.
