Thinking about it, it's a massive middle finger to the villa. Walsh's reponse has been standard of a loanee. "what a great season"

That’s brilliant isn’t it! Would love that to be a sign he wants to join us! As @CovInEssex said above, that is a middle finger to the Villa!

Sent it to my Villa mates. Does beg the question if he’s open to joining permanently.

Brilliant, Callum O'Hare will have a great future in the game he has passion on the pitch and off the pitch.

If Mark Robins can sign him up permanently then there is a GOD.

Who is that guy?

Seriously good luck to him . Hopefully with us but equally if not and goes elsewhere, showed a great attitude and flair in the few games I've seen him,

O Hare seems like a class act. Really humble lad and always played his heart out.

Remember the interview after he got his head injury and he was laughing it off and a good lad

Which game did he crack his head in and carry on (cheap shot by a big lump in a home game)? Although I knew he had ability. that was the game when he showed how big his heart was - played like a dervish after he took that blow to the head. My estimation of him went up immensely watching him that game.

Bolton. Yeah, was massively impressed by his attitude in that game. Bandage on, got up and had one of his best games. Spoke to him at the SBT party and he genuinely seemed like a decent lad. Not at all cocky, said he lives in Solihull (so, not a proper brummie) and was really enjoying his season. Showed in the way he played I thought. I used to be passionate about stuff when I was his age too.

Neither am I. Don't get many moments like this in a career so enjoy it. It's just a marked difference from the behaviour of Hickman.

The moment he took that "knock" against Bolton and refused to come off, and carried on playing (if anything better!) with the injury made me realise what a bloody good attitude the lad has. Some players have the ability but poor attitudes (Bright), but Ohare has both and I am certain he will succeed. I hope it's with us, but good luck to him wherever he ends up. I'll never have a bad word to say about his time with us.

Heard on the Nii Lamptey show that he only has 3 league goals. Only 4 assists too. If you took those numbers in isolation, would you say he is good enough for the championship. Even bakayoko and biamou have more.

I'm really not sure of the relevance of comparing his goals return to two strikers?

He should have scored more goals but he was an important part of the team and constantly helped move us up the pitch. He also scored and assisted in the Cup against Ipswich and Blues.

We won't know if a lot of the team is good enough for the championship until we start playing in it.

Read the other day he had 4 goals and 7 assists?

Edit. Just checked 4 goals and 7 assists including cup games.
