I had been told he would replace Godden (who wanted out for guaranteed game time), and this led me to assume we would be playing a different formation next season. He is a forward player. He is 25.
I have never posted on here before then, as I don't really like to relay anything I've been told. I'd seen the Windass discussion though and wanted people to know that our aim is younger / development players, we can do better than Windass.
I think this signing shows our intent, he is proven and the coaching staff can certainly get more from him, in my eyes.
You'll understand with the outcome of Stamenic, why I steer clear of mentioning a name outright.
