He's the clerk to the trustees of the Higgs or something like that, sits on the board of ACL representing the charity and is something similar with the Alan Higgs Centre. Seems to do the press stuff for ACL that the Lawyers aren't doing and the same for the charity and the Higgs Centre.
Anyone remember that night match against villa, where Peter Withe ended up in goal? He had a blinder!
