Even if SISU get everything they want out of this court case (excluding the Ricoh of course - they cannot get that), they are still the owners of a loss-making football club. Even without paying rent, they are making hundreds of thousands of losses every single month, and with the end of season in sight, that is only going to get worse as there is no income at all for several months over the summer while they must continue paying the wages etc.
So what is their end game in all of this? It cannot be to sell the club at a price that recouperates all or part of their losses. The only reason potential buyers have suddenly come out of the closet is because they smell the possibility of getting our club on the cheap through administration, which will not get SISU what they want/need.
So what could SISU's plans be? I cannot see what their end game is in all of this.
Any ideas anyone why SISU are even bothering and don't just get out now before throwing even more good millions after the bad millions already (irretrievably?) lost?

At this stage of the season, STs for the next campaign would be about to go on sale. That isn't likely any time soon, and realistically, how many people would renew anyway if SISU somehow managed to cling on to control?
Their only way out now is to accept an offer, and I just hope that any offers are sensible so that this can be wrapped up quickly. I've always had a feeling that SISU have something up their sleeve, but I cannot see a good outcome for them this time.
This is the thing I've never been able to work out. Since the point Ranson resigned, which surely was when alarm bells started going off about getting their money back, I've never been able to see a clear exit strategy. At some point you feel they have to accept their losses and just walk away. Maybe this is the time and now it's just down to how cooperative they are going to be.
They've been accused of having 'balls of steel and, shall we say, a disingenuous recollection, by a High Court judge before. My guess is that they never thought things would go this far, and therefore they're cobbling strategy together as they go along of late. The last few moves appear to have been ill-thought through in their totality, and a serious over-playing of their hand.
From SISU's perspective, it's purely now just about egos and reputation. They'll squeeze the best deal possible from the ashes of what's left; and then make a business decision. But not until the line between partial face-saving and disaster is gossamer thin
As I and others have been saying for years the ineptitude of sisu beggars belief.
The only interpretation is that they have been caught out by a business that they just do not understand BUT because of the "value" of their reputation in the
wider commercial sector they had to hang on.
In other words; pride, hubris (suggested this before)......I can see no other logical explanation.
They are utterly toxic. Lurch from one cock up to another.......hopefully now, because we're finally in ADMIN and they have finally lost their anonymous investor's money they will
leave quietly. Haha.
So by the sounds of all this, someone can buy CCFC limited from the administrator. This includes football league and FA membership / golden ticket and a contract to play at the Ricoh and the possibility of purchasing a half share.
So what then of CCFC Holdings, as far as i can see at the moment all this owns is the player contracts.
So if after the 2pm kick off this afternoon and if ccfc holdings does not go into admin, could we end up with either 2 seperate entities if CCFCH (SISU) do not want to buy CCFC and someone else buys ccfc from the administrator at a later date?
Not if the administrator receives a reasonable offer for the club as even if SISU reject that offer it can be forced through by the courts. 10p in the pound sounds fair to me as their own incompetence has caused most of their losses.
