Not convinced at the moment thought his distribution was very poor and didn't seem to stretch out for the second goal which put Haynes with a decision to make. Hopefully he will get better.

Didn't see Allsop on sat so can't comment on that. Shot stopping generally looks good but the rest of his game needs quite a lot of work. 2nd goal he seemed to lack the confidence to really dive for the ball leaving him in no mans land.

He certainly didn't look out of place. Didn't have much chance with the goal, had to deal with some very iffy back passes. Saved everything he should have, while doing so also got decent distance on everything he punched or parried away. Very good cross into a dangerous area for the 2nd goal.

Handling impressed me. Few crossed/shots fizzed in and he kept them close to his chest. Possibly could have got a hand on the second goals cross BUT came from Jordan Clarke getting underneath the ball and heading it backwards so surely that was the error in the goal. All in all I like Burge, think he will become a very good keeper but would rather he was out on loan at league 2 somewhere.

agreed about the 2nd goal, but poor defending (once again) cost us tonight. plus 60 mins of shite

He is a young prospect. He had a couple of shakey moments, but over all was steady, no problem with his performance in the grand scheme of things.

Think it may be a confidence thing, could very well become a good keeper here is hoping!

Pretty sure that it was Willis who got under the ball and Clarke was further forward on the touchline.

Defending before the cross wasn't great and Haynes didn't spot his man until late but not sure it is fair to put it all on Haynes

Clarke/Willis sorry it's not a dig at personel it's a dig at the awful headed clearance and getting underneath a high ball. Whilst we are at it how poor was the first goal. We are the gift that keeps on giving for attackers

Burge ! Looked and played like a rookie. Will need a run of games to decide if he cuts the mustard or not. But this shows how desperate things are at our club, we allow a goalkeeper who wanted to stay to leave, have a new defence now Christie, Adams and Seabourne have gone and two unprovern keepers, doesn't bode well imo.
