What is all this 'blame game'? Even their boss seems to say it may take a time for him to recover. What are they on about? He had no chance with our second or third goal which took a massive deflection. So all fingers point to the first. The ball came over and Brown fumbled the ball but it kept it from going over the line. Then Wilson taps it in. In my eyes Brown has done his job but obviously their defenders are NOT doing theirs. Surely the defender should have been goal side of Wilson? I know its not our club and its game over but all this 'Brown' is the reason they lost cheap on their part.

Thats life I guess Andy- everyone remembers when you're wrong but selective amnesia is prevalent when you're on the money- it's the law?

Sorry Japandy, but that first goal was a goalkeeping howler, he should have easily dealt with Christies cross.

Apparently it's the reason he was dropped in the first place too. I get the feeling this is the last straw.

The second he randomly dived in the middle of nowhere. If we hadn't got that first would we have scored?

The keeper basically throws the ball in and it's not his fault? Imagine the demoralising effect of seeing that happen.

He failed to catch a routine cross cleanly, he was only meant to be on the subs bench but a RTA on the A3 prevented their 1st choice reaching the ground.
Certainly turned the game in City's direction.

Why do posters even bother responding to japandy's nonsense?

Even if we weren't gifted the first goal i am confident we would have still won.

At the risk of plunging this thread into yet more SISU/ACL diatribe- Is Japandy's OP perhaps a Parody.
-For the goalie Brown read -SISU.
-For First goal read- Non Payment of rent.
-For goals 2 and 3 read- ACL and the J-Review- SISU had no chance
-For the overall loss read- Move to Northampton.

I blame the goalie for the beginning of the road to defeat

See I'd just blame the goalkeeper stuck in traffic...big game & all that, don't leave anything to chance...leave more time to arrive. Ditch the car ASAP get a train. He should know what A3 is like if anything happens on it ESPECIALLY on a Friday.

It was an absolute howler which did change the course of the game. It happens, we are human. They need to move on.
