First post - I know a bit about the club and after reading what L Brody said about the ground I thought I'd post how I see it.
Basically, it's no surprise the club have distanced themselves from Brody's comments - they obviously wanna get cosy with the council. But the truth is - and I have this from a VERY high council source - the council simply will not sell their share of the Ricoh to the club while SISU has anything to do with it. I know that will seem obvious to many but it is truth. It's simply a trust issue and the council doesn't trust SISU. They know it's a hedge fund that means one thing - trampling over anyone or anything in its path to recoup some cash.
I look forward to the day the club has the Ricoh - but that day won't be under Sisu. Had to get that off my chest anyway. Night
So Brody ham-fistedly blunders into ruining yet another gameplan even now as allegedly out of the way. Ken Duleiu must be puce by now. What a Mastermind LB appears to be, and yet still many are ready to say it can't be right that he's an idiot because he's successful in other ventures. This may be so, you can't win 'em all. In this case I agree the Council are steadfastly against optioning to SISU, fair play to them.
