Worried about this too but if the player gets pushed they may have no choice

Last season he was adjudged to have clipped the players heel denying a very dubious scoring opportunity, guess that will come into play here with Lati?

Isn't the rule that the ball needs to be heading to the goal for it to be deemed a goal scoring opportunity ?, it looked to me on the replay I've seen that it's on its way towards the corner, I may have dreamed that though and be completely wrong

Well done sky blues and enjoy the Prem.

Does anyone know how your supporter that needed medical attention is? I hope they're okay.

A very good performance & excellent that we can see a game out .
Rushworth ……. We should all hope that a deal is made for his signature's , as he was superb again & Grimes , he is enjoying these games now , as I’m sure he can lead us over the line……. a class act

He received medical attention from some paramedics in the crowd before the ambulance crew picked it up.
Was conscious when he left the ground so hope all is ok.

As much as I highly rate Rushworth, what's the news on Dovin, just in case.....

Rushworth is brilliant, man of the season without question and worth at least 10 points on his own.

But the clear learning (to me at least) is not that we must buy him at all costs - that is down to his parent club in the end - but that to succeed at this level you have to spend serious money on a good goalkeeper, be it Rushworth or be it someone else. It could easily be the latter. Doesn't matter. Just spend good money on a goalie.

Rushworth / AN Other with Dovin as back up looks pretty good to me

Football has changed since the old days.

Rushworth's contract with Brighton is coming to an end. They can't make him sign another one and can't make him sign for a certain club. He loves playing for us and stated he would love to sign for us permanently at the end of the season. It's clear where Rushworth sees his future and why wouldn't he?

We won't get him for a pittance, but he would be so important for us that it would be worth a decent fee to sign him. He knows coming to us would put him as No.1 for the first time in his career at a club where everyone adores him.

As I wondered while I was in the ground, and believe I saw some comments in the match thread, re: Torp going off when treated despite the player receiving a yellow card, thought I would leave the wording according to the Law's of Game.

Presume the referee did not believe the treatment was completed "quickly".

Was a shit mistake by Latibaudiere but feel the Bristol player was clearly going wide towards the touchline still 30 yards away from goal

Nipped in the home end today after I remembered I had a Bristol login from some event I went to years ago. Away end was so loud, really lively, a real credit to the club.

Such an important win, bit soft from Lati but we got away with it, that Haji goal absolutely flawed Bristol.

Sitting with the home fans was a good reminder that there are miserable clueless nobs at every club! on their own players backs from minute 1, shouting forward at every opportunity

Moment of the day was Dasilva's assist, this proper gobby bloke had been on his back all match calling him a useless midget, when Jay skinned a couple of their defenders and picked out Tats he was raging "shit his entire time here and now he turns into prime Carlos"

I saw on the highlights when Wright scored the the 2 nd goal and he and his team mates were celebrating, one of the Bristol City player ran up to them and said something and was waived away by Grimes and co. Wonder why that was all about ?
