I guess the management know but we don't have a huge number of options at the moment

That’s true. Eccles played well there so it’s shame he’s injured

No idea what he was bollocking Kane for! Was just poor decision making - he had so much time and space to deliver that.

Including him. Before the last chance the spin and give before he was fouled and the ref waved play on.

A lot of the link up play. Volleyed cross. Taking a yellow card for the team

Maatsen, Allen, and Hamer have been really good so far. I don´t agree that COH has hit those same levels in this game.

Are we really saying lack of goals and assists is ok cause he is taking a yellow card for the team too? I do feel that is clutching at straws a little bit.

Hopefully he is better second half.

JCS as well. And we always look better with McFadz in the defence.

Kane & O’Hare really poor so far. They seem to be having a competition who can give the ball away the most and play the worst crosses/passes

OHare has been good, buzzing around as usual, a real nuisance to them when they're on the ball, breaking up their play and setting up our attacking play.

An impressive performance so far. Their only real chance from us being a bit careless-only real criticism is we ought to be further ahead.

Another 45 of that please-last 3 away games for me we’ve led 1-0 at HT to lose 2-1 at the end!

This Bristol team are young, energetic but very green and naive. They're trying to play football and we're just better than them at it. Think we'll win this comfortably. Actually quite a un-Nigel Pearson like team thinking about it.

Great to go in HT with the lead. Hopefully keep it up second half. Midfield looked good. If Dabo is fit enough would look to replace Kane with 15-20 to go.

I think the mission for half-time for those that are there is to look around in the crowd and see which person is the likeliest to have visited the shed museum before the match.

Twats on Robins tv saying they are all over us and we are passive and won’t hurt them in the second half, deluded feckers

Decent half. Probably don’t deserve to be winning , but a bit of maatsen brilliance has given us the lead. I hope we don’t just sit back and invite pressure because I fear we’ll concede then - we need another

Interesting game so far. Bristol look good on the ball but no longer seem up as for it since the goal went in.

Allen doing his best, but would like to see Sheaf.

Gyokeres getting marked very tightly.

O Hare dropping deep often to receive the ball, not always sure that's helpful.

Hamer having a good game as is JCS.

Consensus on the Bristol forum is that they've been on top, I've not seen it that way at all. They've had a bit of the ball but we've looked more dangerous.

Mixed bag half. Great goal, and we have looked dangerous at times, but Bristol also look like they could open us up.

Hamer has been particularly impressive.
