From the start of this season MR looks a lost sole on the sideline. His side kick and rock is missing , missing the AV and his sideline motivational skills , his input and strategical nouse .
whatever has gone on it needs fixing and fast . Bring back Adi V and get shut of these so called specialist that’s been brought in to make us a better functioning fitter playing side , it’s just not working . DISCUSS !

I don't think losing AV is the issue. Though it does concern me that we've gained 50 new coaches and we still can't deal with or take a set piece with any thought behind them what so ever. At least 6 of our throw ins last night were fowl throws FFS. I think the ref was probably to embarrassed to pull them up for it.

If his departure involved gross misconduct, or an accusation of gross misconduct, and associated legal proceedings, he's not coming back, and rightly so.
He does need replacing though.

There’s more chance of Adi returning, as there is for me growing another head out of my armpit.

Adi’s gone and it’s not likely he’ll be back.

I do, however, mark his exit and the departure of Dennis Lawrence prior, to the issues we’ve had tactically and motivationally. The influx of new coaches with new ideas and methods etc, has had a regressive impact thus far.

These players need a rocket up their arses, and to stop being so damn precious.

Sorry, but when I see stuff like this on twitter regularly (Which you do, she has had to block loads of our fans) I can't help but think there is a more sinister side to it

You see it loads on twitter tbh and that was mainly where I was referring too

We seem to have a high number of fans on there that call the players every name under the sun, spout a load of far right bollocks and do shit like this but never post themselves actually attending any matches

It is rough to be a CCFC fan on twitter if you aren't calling Simms a useless c**t and the owner every name under the sun every morning

I like the cut of your jib, it just seems so odd that we have what we have and they’re pretty average and MR still looks lost on the sideline . Since his departure for whatever reason ( ITK tell me more ? ) because I’ve not heard the full story ( true story ) I will retract this thread if legitimate!

And the start of last season, and the season before that…..
rose tinted glasses I think. Not saying it hasn’t had some impact, but can’t ignore he was here when we had crap starts/straight defeats before.
and the playoff final season we had Viktor and gus, and three defenders on loan from prem teams.
It’s easy to blame the new setup cos they’re new.

League 1 ??? Because if something isn’t sorted soon that’s where we’re heading . Last night was like watching a pub team , and people on here was saying QPR are shit . They looked much more composed on the ball and created more threats than us . This is how bad we’ve become. So is Adi going the reason or have we signed L1 donkeys ?

I don’t get this narrative of Robins looking ‘lost’ on the touch line. His demeanour hasn’t changed from the glory days.

It’s catastrophising and it happens every year because many of you lot on here are emotional whenever something goes wrong or someone plays badly.

Get to Xmas, take stock and if we’re teetering on disaster, we may have to do the unthinkable and sack MR. If we can’t give a manager who’s given us 7 fantastic years more than 15 games, we don’t deserve success and don’t deserve to call anyone (players and/or future manager) out for not having loyalty.

Adi left due to gross misconduct and rightly so

However Mark Robins needs an assistant manager and someone to stand side by side with him during matches to be a listening ear and voice tactical ideas off

No one in any of the games I've seen has stepped up to the plate and looks like Robins is lost and lonely on the touchline

Needs sorting ASAP, however I fear Robins will lose his job before that point

'It's him or me' says Ben Sheaf. Before getting rewarded with the captain's armband as a bribe makeweight whilst Adi is kicked out the door.

If it was the other way round I don't think we would be where we are now. The weakest captain we've had in years, and obviously was no where near as good as he's been elevated to. There's a lot of factors to our struggles at the moment, but this is one of the biggest decisions which has left us where we are.
