I’ve just read on Facebook that former Cov player Brian Nicholas has passed away. I met Brian a lot when I was younger as my grandad knew him from Bedworth swimming baths. RIP Brian
Sad news, worked for many years at Massey Ferguson alongside a number of ex City players, Lol Harvey, Alf Wood, Ernie Machin, Reg Matthews and Ronnie Farmer, a proper nice down to earth chap. RIP mate.
