I wouldn’t expect them to put a teaser tweet out like that unless it’s going to be very good news?

Interesting... haven’t they hyped relatively minor stuff in the past a bit too much though?

I think it might have been Crewe, they were putting teasers out and it ended up they had sold their best player!

My first thought is Robins going but it would be a massive thing to put teasers out about it.

The Club received an approach from Sunderland on Wednesday regarding speaking to Mark about their managerial vacancy, which the Sky Blues have subsequently rejected.

The Club opened discussions on Wednesday with Robins about a new and improved contract with the Club, which was agreed on Thursday evening.

picture of the new kit perhaps? Not sure that would go down too well with people who've paid to attend the launch.

“I am delighted to commit my future to Coventry City Football Club. I am really happy with how the club have handled this so quickly, which was really important to me, and I would like to thank Dave Boddy, Tim Fisher and Joy Seppala for their support in this.”

great news! We will now get more money from the contract buy out when he leaves!
Does make you wonder if he knows something about future plans re: where we're playing. Cant see him being too happy with the current uncertainty surrounding the club.

If it fitted on one sheet of A4 then it's 29.7cm long.

Sorry. Slow day at work already.

Interesting the club decided to give a new deal following the approach front Sunderland.

Either the club thought shit we better give improved terms or Robins agent said what can you do as there’s interest in him?

24hrs is very swift.

Has to be good news hopefully in more ways than one, I’m banking on MR knowing a bit more about our ground situation than what’s going let on.

If he had no intention of leaving, why did we offer a new contract?
