We seriously need to review defensive coaching and goalkeeping coaching set up. Players are going backwards in those departments and in the Goalkeeping department YOY. What was achieved before was with a leader like McFadzean at the heart of it, he’s not here to coach players through the game anymore. I’m sure Lampard will be already reviewing the coaching set up.
We can’t go to games every week needing to score 3+ goals to get anything.

He showed zero confidence and commandment of the area or defence before aswell.

I thought that about Collins last season. Game after game he made mistakes and his confidence looked shot, yet still we persisted with him. Not saying Wilson was error free at the start of that season but he got dropped for a hell of a lot less.Genuinely, Dovin was dropped for the crime of being too quiet. That's really not true about Wilson, just some won't have himLet's face it all 3 of our keepers lack confidence, have trouble catching the ball and are poor at commanding their areas. Dovin is probably the best.
But we should have recruited a far better keeper given our defence is a disorganised mess and weak as piss.

Every keeper we have had has been destroyed in recent years, Marosi, Moore, Wilson and now Collins.

No but it's a good start in this case surely? I find it ridiculous that when you have height advantage because, you know allowed to use arms/hands, specialised gloves to adhere to the ball, and protection from the ref if being impeded, to then choose to constantly punch, irratically changing the point of danger and pivoting your whole defence in a second with oncoming attackers having the advantage to come on to the punched ball trajectory is just so incompetent and must be unnerving for defenders to react to. He rarely seems capable of taking the heat out of attacking moves.He was dreadful today, but if anyone thinks changing keepers alone is going to fix our defensive issues then I don’t know what to tell you.
